In his speech, Julius Streicher, Nazi leader and editor of the antisemitic newspaper "Der Stürmer" (The Attacker), accuses the Jews of trying to control the world and of exploiting the non-Jews. According to Streicher, the only possible answer for Germany was to solve the "Jewish question."
